PrintHub Kenya is a branding and printing company registered and operating in Kenya, with offices at The Anchor, Room M03, Mezzanine Floor, Eldoret. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or website.
PrintHub provides custom branding and printing services including, but not limited to:
All services are subject to availability and our production capacity at the time of order. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, particularly for content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates third-party rights.
Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp (0799 260 000), or by visiting our offices. An order is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from PrintHub and payment has been received or agreed upon.
All quotations provided on the website or by our team are estimates and are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Prices shown on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
Before production begins, we will provide a digital proof for your approval. You are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, including colours, text, spelling, dimensions, and layout. Once you approve a proof, PrintHub accepts no responsibility for errors that were present in the approved proof.
All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are exclusive of delivery charges unless otherwise stated. Prices shown on the website are indicative; the final price may vary based on specifications, quantities, and materials.
For new customers and first-time orders, we require 100% advance payment before production commences. For established clients with a credit agreement, our standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date.
Accounts overdue by more than 14 days may attract a late payment charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance and may result in suspension of services.
For best print quality, we require artwork files in the following formats:
If you require design services, our team can assist at an additional cost quoted separately. Design files created by PrintHub remain the intellectual property of PrintHub until full payment is received, after which rights are transferred to the client.
By submitting artwork to PrintHub, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to reproduce the content, including any logos, images, or trademarks contained within. PrintHub accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from client-supplied artwork.
Standard turnaround times (from proof approval and payment):
Urgent/rush orders may be accommodated at an additional surcharge. Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery is available across Kenya via third-party courier services. Delivery charges are at the client's cost unless otherwise agreed. PrintHub is not liable for delays caused by courier services. Risk of damage or loss passes to the client upon handover to the courier.
Orders can be collected from our offices at The Anchor, Room M03, Mezzanine Floor, Eldoret during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Cancellations must be requested in writing (email or WhatsApp) as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before production has commenced. Once an order has entered production, cancellations are not possible and no refund will be issued.
PrintHub will offer a reprint or refund in the following circumstances:

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, PrintHub's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or reputational damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
We encourage clients to first contact us directly to resolve any disputes amicably before pursuing formal legal action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
